A few common questionsBefore you book,
Before you book,
a few things people tend to ask.
Half an hour. You walk me through what's going on, I ask a few questions, and we either agree on a sensible next step or I point you to someone better suited. No slides, no sales pitch.
Yes. That's most of who I work with. If you're an owner-operator or a team under fifty, you're in the right place.
No. Most people come in with a vague sense that something is off. Figuring out which thing is worth fixing is part of the job.
Most engagements start with a $500 teardown — a few days on one problem, with a written plan at the end. If you move ahead with the build, that $500 comes off the price. Bigger projects are fixed scope and fixed price ($2,500–$8,000); ongoing advisory work is a monthly retainer (from $1,000/mo). We agree on the number up front, in writing.
Mostly whatever you already use. I know my way around the common CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close), Zapier, Make, n8n, Notion, Airtable, and the main AI APIs. Adding a new tool is a last resort.
I love that question. That's exactly what the intro call is for — a low-stakes conversation to see if we're a good fit.
